Governing member of the ABI Governing Council

We’re pleased to announce that during this time, Paul Moores, Director and Lead Investigator at Proactive Investigations has become a full governing member of the ABI (Association of British Investigators) Governing Counsel https://www.theabi.org.uk/board-members

His role within the organisation covers bylaws, compliance and enforcement in the main but he will also sit on the panel covering new membership, be involved in regulatory matters and inaccuracy for anyone flouting the bylaws. The ABI works in close connection with the Law Society.

The ABI is the only association in this industry to be working with the Law Society of England and Wales and is included in the Law Society of Scotland approved supplier scheme. Legal Services bespoke offers

In relation to Legal Services the Proactive Investigations team provide a number of professional bespoke offers, especially in the field of Process Serving of documents, we attempt to complete delivery of these documents within 24hrs of receiving them, but during these difficult times, we can assure you that we will be adhering to the strict guidelines when it comes to COVID-19.

• We will not be physically handing over any documents, we will either be placing them a safe distance from the doorstep and requesting the respondent to pick the documents up themselves, providing we are satisfied they are at the relevant address.
• Another option we will be considering is posting the documents through the letterbox, under the same protocol as mentioned.
• Every case will be judged on its own merits, we will also take into account, as to whether we need to obtain photographs and exhibit them in our statement of truth’s / service.
