PROBLEM
Working with a large organisation we initially delivered a bespoke investigative training package covering around 16 sessions of a 2-day workshop to approximately 100 Directors and Contract/Operations Managers throughout the UK.
SOLUTION
Following on from this we were asked to then return and deliver a smaller section of this workshop called “The Golden Hour” which is about gathering as much evidence as possible at the earliest opportunity. This was done on a 35-minute basis throughout 2 x days to around 200 members of their workforce around the UK
