Matrimonial Surveillance

Get in touch

Discretion and sensitivity are key elements for successful matrimonial surveillance and obtaining evidence of your partners infidelity.

There could be many reasons why you suspect infidelity in a relationship and coming to terms with this suspicion and entering into discussions with an investigator is not an easy decision to make.  We can assure you that we will handle this matter with the strictest of confidence and respect.

It is not always something that can be evidenced personally or obtained in a legally binding way to stand up in a court of law. The proactive investigations team will undertake discreet surveillance techniques all delivered in a sensitive and professional manner to enable you and/or your acting solicitor to prove infidelity and provide such evidence.

We will discuss your requirements and provide a package to suit both needs and budget.

The type of surveillance undertaken by the team will be very much specific to the situation presented on discussion and could include but is not limited to the following approaches:

  • Static
This approach is used when it is a particular location rather than specific persons to be observed and followed.
  • Mobile
This approach involves observing the movements of individuals using various modes of transport.
  • Covert
This approach is an undercover operation, whereby the team have to blend into the environment to not raise suspicion whilst gathering evidence or asking questions of the individual.
  • GPS Tracking
This approach utilises a GPS tracking device to track the movements of a vehicle

Matrimonial Surveillance

Case Study

A client approached with a problem that she suspected her husband was having an affair, she was suspicious after finding items in the house that couldn’t be accounted for. We discussed the issue with the client & as part of the plan we agreed to conduct static & mobile observations on the subject after deploying a tracking device with no results for a period.

On the very first day of our surveillance, the subject came out of his house to put the dustbins out, to our surprise he was dressed as a lady.

We were approached by a client who was concerned that her mother’s long term male partner was behaving strangely when the mother was away, he was leaving the house late at night & returning in the early hours of the morning.

We suggested that we conducted a surveillance operation on the subject, based on static & mobile observations, this plan was authorised by the client.

The subject was observed visiting a male dominated nature reserve in the dark, it was impossible to obtain any footage, but he parked up at the entrance to the car park & flashed his headlamps at other single males attending the site over a period of time & then parked up alongside them.
